It Lives!!!

I watched movies today. It was far too cold and nasty to go out anywhere, and I couldn't be arsed leaving the house anyway.

Well, apart from to do that little thing I wrote about earlier.

Food levels are now critical, I have no milk, butter or bread, and very little of anything else either (apart from beer, I have that). Lunch was beans on toast, dinner was chicken fillet things in breadcrumbs that I rescued from the freezer. I was going to have mashed tato with them but couldn't (see point about food levels), so decided on boiled spuds instead. Pulled them out of the bag and found they were green with growey bits on them. The bin is now eating them. I ended up pulling out my emergency supply of Heinz Microwavable Potato slices in garlic & herb sauce. It was very nice. Washed down with a bottle of Champion. I may have another.

Movies watched today: Last few bits from the FotR special edition discs, Mission Impossible II, The Italian Job, Gone in 60 Seconds. Not sure if I'll watch something else, or just go to bed. May watch a Bond movie, something like Living Daylights, or License to Kill.

Found out that if the temperature in the kitchen is below about 6-7 degrees, the timer on the microwave doesn't work. Seems to work fine above this. Very odd. Still can't heat the kitchen, cos I lent my 'spare' dragon to sath.

Was going to go to Ikea today, but didn't in the end, cos I went and spent about 80 quid on CDs when I picked my glasses up on Friday. Good music though.
