you just can't make these up!
This happened in our department the other day...
One of the iMacs from one of the schools had a bust PSU, so it was sent away for repair. It duly comes back and the helpdesk tech checks it out. He is puzzled. He raises a fault call on the repair company, saying that they've sent back the screen, keyboard and mouse, but they've not sent back the base unit.
